1. When will my order ship?
The ship by date can be found in your order confirmation email. Processing time is always posted in each listing under shipping. I work as fast as I can and orders are always worked on in the order I get them.
2. Can I cancel my order?
Placed an order by accident? No worries! Orders can be canceled within the hour after placing it. After that I am not able to cancel any orders.
3. Returns and Refunds
All items are made to order and are customized, therefore I am not able to take returns or give refunds. Thanks for your understanding!
